Healthshare wins the business!
The tender bid market accounts for a large proportion of corporate and public
sector business. Complex briefs, tight deadlines and fierce competition - it’s no wonder the process can seem overwhelming.
Recently, Arnatt Abrey Bennett created a bid proposal system for Healthshare
Procurement Solutions designed to streamline the production process and focus
resources on key messages and strategy (See below). The system consisted of
both printed and electronic collateral for the writing and production of bids.
This included bid specific customisable folders and dividers, CD artwork and
protective packaging. We also produced Microsoft Word and Powerpoint templates.
Healthshare had an immediate requirement as they were about to pitch for a major
piece of business for Westminster NHS. The result: after weeks of
presentations, taking them from PQQ to final presentation - they won the
contract! It just shows, careful communication, presentation and management of
key messages is crucial if you want an edge over the competition in order to
win the business.

Healthshare Procurement Solutions are a preferred provider of physiotherapy and management services to the NHS.
Arnatt Abrey Bennett were asked to help build a tender bid proposal
presentation system for use on current and future bids. The aim was to create a
system that would allow Healthshare to present proposals in the best way, not
only visually, but allowing key information to be found and digested easily
making the whole process feel less arbitrary.
Bespoke electronic and printed templates, as well as folders were created which
the organisation could use in-house to produce future work. Aab then worked on
a consultancy basis to advise on any unclear or bespoke elements of individual
