our work on Bunzl’s quarterly newsletter The Source meant we were able to identify an as-yet untapped potential to capitalise on existing marketing material that was otherwise going to waste
we set up a pan-national focus group to help define the brief for a web-based digital asset management system that could reduce repetition, enhance brand consistency and allow the highest quality content to rise to the top
solution
Password protected and housed on a secure server, the Bunzl Media Manager provides an online archive for all types of digital content from photos to PowerPoint presentations to PDF files. A sensitive search facility means users can find the data they want in seconds and it’s just as easy to upload new digital assets. Content is updated on a weekly basis and off-line support is no more than an email or phone call away.

we proposed a print newsletter with eye-catching headlines and photographs to convey key information and enhance Group identity

Named with the company’s mission to provide global outsourcing provision in mind, The Source newsletter is a full-colour A3 newsletter that features spotlights, news and features from across the Group. Alternating 8 and 4 page editions are published quarterly to ensure news stays current. Arnatt Abrey Bennett’s centralised content development and design process provides a one-stop-shop solution that saves the client precious time and also provides a much-needed outside editorial eye, helping to define key messages.
